Criminal law – chosen aspects

In court proceedings, we offer defense for the accused before courts of all instances and at all stages of the proceedings. We also represent auxiliary and private prosecutors, particularly in cases of defamation and insult (Articles 212 and 216 of the Penal Code). This practice specifically includes the defense of journalists, photojournalists, and public figures.

We also handle claims for compensation for undoubtedly wrongful detention or arrest. Additionally, we manage cases for pardons.
