Privacy Policy
I General Provisions
- This Privacy Policy defines the method of collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary for the provision of services electronically via the website in the domain awdowczyk.pl (hereinafter: the Service).
- The administrator of the Users’ personal data is A. Wdowczyk Law Office (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- Personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: GDPR).
- The data collected by the Administrator will be:
– processed lawfully,
– processed for explicitly specified purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
– factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
– stored no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
II. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
- The Administrator processes personal data necessary for providing and developing the services offered through the Service and its specific functionalities.
- Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- communication with the User to provide necessary information and build positive and reliable relationships with them, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- promotion by the Administrator of own products and/or services and those of its Partners via electronic means (newsletter) if the User has consented to receive such notifications via email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
- for analytical and statistical purposes based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator involving the verification of Users’ activity and preferences to optimize services and products and the functionalities used by the Service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- potential establishment, assertion, or defense against claims based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator in protecting its rights (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- In each of the above-mentioned cases (item 2), providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Service.
III. Period of Personal Data Processing
- Personal data will be processed for the period during which a person remains an active User of the Service (has a User account), and after that for the necessary period to comply with legal provisions, assert or defend against potential claims, but no longer than 3 years from the day of termination of the electronic service provision agreement.
- Data processed based on consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn, provided that the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
IV. Information on Processing

- entities affiliated with the Administrator,
- entities cooperating with the Administrator,
- subcontractors, in particular entities supplying and servicing selected IT systems and solutions,
- Personal data processed by the Administrator will not/will be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.

– access their personal data content
– rectify data
– delete data
– restrict data processing
– data portability
– object to the processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator
– withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal - The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing violates their rights and freedoms.
- The data processing does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
VI. Final Provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy while ensuring that the rights of Users resulting from this document will not be restricted.
- The User will be informed of any changes to the Privacy Policy through a message available in the Service.
