We have experience in criminal cases. We offer representation and legal assistance in initial procedures, during investigation, as well as during activity of the police and of other bodies of the justice. at court proceedings we offer defence before courts of all instances, at each stage of the proceedings. We represent also auxiliary and private prosecutors, in particular in cases regarding defamation and insult. The Firm has very wide experience in conducting cases regarding slander and defamation (art. 212 and 216 of the Penal code). The practice concerns in particular protection of journalists and press photographers. We deal in also in pursuing claims due to undoubted unlawful detention or arrest. We conduct also cases regarding pardon proceedings.
