Artur Wdowczyk

The firm was established by a barrister Artur Wdowczyk, graduate of Social Science of the University of Wrocław and the Department of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. in 2006 Artur Wdowczyk, as one of nine persons in Poland, passed the first national exam for barristers. Since then, he has been a member of the Warsaw Chamber of Law. The barrister Artur Wdowczyk has many years of experience in legal assistance regarding matters in the area of economy, commerce, personal interest protection, IP, as well as in conducting litigations. Particular interest and specialization of the Firm lies in legal service of press publishing houses and administrators of Internet websites. We have vast experience in that scope based on many years of cooperation with numerous recognized and leading publishing houses on the Polish market. Our activity focuses to a large extent on legal issues related to protection of personal interests. We have many years of experience in conducting procedures in that scope, both in civil cases and penal cases for insults and slanders. in the frame of this specialization we provide services not only to press publishing houses but also to entities whose image or good name were infringed by the media. We assist in pursuing claims, both ensuing from property rights and not ensuing from property rights, related to infringement of Clients’ personal interests. in the frame of the provided legal assistance we offer ongoing advisory regarding all legal issues related to personal interest protection, including also granting opinions on press releases before their publishing. Moreover, we provide legal service of projects related to modern technologies and the Internet. We advise also to Polish and international companies in the scope of ongoing service of enterprises. We provide also legal assistance for the benefit of economic entities (legal persons, natural persons, companies) and individual clients. We run reconciliation negotiations, prepare draft contracts, issue legal opinions and represent our clients in procedures before administration bodies and before administration courts. We run cases in court procedures in the scope of civil, family and custodial, labour, penal and offence law; we represent clients in procedures before the European Justice Tribunal in Strasbourg. The firm bases its work on modern technologies, providing its employees with access to valid legal acts, the most updated decisions of the Supreme Court, Constitutional Tribunal and the European Tribunal of Human Rights in Strasbourg, which ensures that services we provide are at the highest level possible.
